The School's Vision

At Ysgol Maesincla each child is valued as an individual and each pupil is treated equally and fairly.

We believe that all children receive a broad curriculum with balanced, interesting and differentiated experiences ensuring
that self-esteem and confidence are enriched and that a positive attitude is developed.

Ysgol Maseincla is committed to the successful inclusion of pupils by using the principles of an Encouraging School and the
Values of the Church. Our aim is to provide an environment where all pupils feel safe and can thrive. We will respond to
individuals in ways that take their varied life experiences and specific needs into account.

The voice and well-being of each individual is very important here and is a leading part of the school's ethos.
We develop the skills that all learners need to be able to look after themselves, to keep safe, to face and overcome
life's challenges, and to enjoy learning.

The school will do everything in its power to provide an education that enables all pupils to make progress so that they
achieve to the best of their ability, becoming happy, proud, healthy, confident and independent individuals who will
happily and successfully transition into adulthood.
